arrivals hall at Palermo Airport there are two different windows for
lost and found items: one is for Alitalia passengers (telephone: +39
0917 020 208) and one for all other companies (telephone: +39 0 917
020 209).
Information
There is a Bank of Sicily in arrivals which is open from 08:30-13:00 and 14:45-19:15 and there are also two cash machines in the Arrivals Hall.
There is also an information desk on the first floor of the Terminal near Gesap's Ticket office. It is open from 6.00 to 24.00 and provides all types of information about the airport, including flight information, airport procedures, assistance (including special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, minors, etc.), airlines and operators.
You will find the car hire desks for the rent a car companies based at Palermo Airport in the arrivals hall.
